Ana C. Muñoz, a native of Miami, Florida, is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully represented institutional and individual clients in federal and state court and before arbitration tribunals. A graduate of the New York University School of Law, Ana began her career in the practice of complex commercial litigation. Desirous of acquiring trial experience and giving back to the community, Ana left the commercial litigation practice in 2003, and served for three years as an Assistant Public Defender (APD) in the Nineteenth and Eleventh Judicial Circuits
of Florida. As an APD, she gained extensive experience in the courtroom, including serving as first chair in numerous jury and bench trials. After completing her commitment to the State of Florida, Ana returned to private practice. Her experience and confidence in the courtroom are valuable tools in her practice. Ana is fluent in Spanish, reads Portuguese
and French, and has represented clients both from the United States and throughout Latin America.
