Jessica Guntow

Jessica “Jess” Guntow, joined the RPM team in September 2025 as a law clerk prior to being admitted to the Maryland State bar and later becoming an associate attorney. Before joining RPM, Jess served in various capacities with the Maryland Judiciary for eight years, most notably serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Stacy W. McCormack.

Jess brings with her a deep understanding of the court system, along with a commitment to compassionate and client-centered advocacy. She is known for her approachable demeanor and her dedication to providing consistent, trustworthy legal representation for individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. Jess believes the practice of law extends beyond resolving legal issues, and that it is also about building meaningful relationships with clients to provide a sense of safety, respect, and support throughout the legal process.

Jess was exposed to the law from a young age, being raised from generations of military and law-enforcement. She ultimately chose a different path though to become the first-generation attorney in her family. She understands that family is everything, and when she’s not hard at work in the courtroom or office, she enjoys catching up with her family and friends.
